The Fine Print

• Payments are subject to applicable taxes and will be paid out in two payments: 50% at 30 days and 50% at 90 days.
  
  

• Hiring managers, supervisors, and/or team leaders in direct supervision of the applicant hired will not be eligible for awards.
  
  

• Candidate must be hired into a full-time open position, have no disciplinary or attendance records, and be actively employed at the time of bonus payouts.
