  • Replace approved imagery, charts, or diagrams without authorization

If information appears outdated or incorrect, contact Marketing before making any changes.

These presentations are designed to be customized for individual customers and opportunities.

Sales team members are encouraged to add:

  • Customer-specific challenges

  • Opportunity summaries

  • Site information

  • Sales strategies

  • Equipment recommendations

  • Competitive analysis

  • Project timelines

  • Typography standards

  • Image guidelines

  • Presentation layouts

  • Graphic styles

Reference the Branding Guidelines for all visual standards.

4. Verify Customer-Specific Information

While the approved presentation content is maintained by Marketing, sales representatives are responsible for validating all customer-specific information added to the presentation.

Ensure that:

  • Pricing is current

  • Customer information is accurate

  • Recommendations align with application requirements

  • Project details have been reviewed prior to presentation

5. Use the Latest Approved Version

Presentation templates are periodically updated to reflect:

  • New product launches

  • Updated warranty information

  • Organizational changes

  • Revised specifications

  • New service offerings

Always download and use the most current version available from the Branding Portal.

Do not maintain local copies for long-term use without confirming version status.

6. Submit Change Requests Through Marketing

If additional content would benefit future presentations, submit recommendations to the Marketing team for review.

Examples include:

  • New case studies

  • Additional application examples

  • Updated market insights

  • New product messaging

  • Frequently requested customer content

This ensures information remains accurate and consistent across all customer-facing presentations.

7. Final Review Before Distribution

Before sharing externally, confirm:

  • Correct channel template selected

  • Customer-specific information added

  • No approved content was modified

  • Brand standards maintained

  • Latest template version used

  • Presentation reviewed for accuracy

Guiding Principle

Approved presentation content is intended to serve as the single source of truth for Lancer Worldwide messaging, product information, and corporate communications. Sales representatives should build upon this foundation with customer-specific insights while preserving the integrity and accuracy of all approved content.
